At Pilates Baddie, we value your time, commitment, and experience. Please review the following Refund Policy carefully before purchasing sessions or packages through this website or booking platform hosted on Wix.

 

1. Session Purchases

All single-session purchases are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

2. Packages & Memberships

Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Unused sessions within a package will expire according to the package terms stated at the time of purchase.

Exceptions may be considered in cases of:

• Medical circumstances preventing participation

• Other exceptional situations at the discretion of Pilates Baddie

Approved refunds may be issued partially, based on sessions already used and any administrative or processing fees.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be refunded or credited.

• Failure to attend a booked session without notice (“no-show”) will result in the session being forfeited.

 

4. Online Sessions & Digital Services

Refunds are not provided for:

• Missed online sessions

• Downloadable or digital content

• Technical issues caused by the client’s internet connection, device, or environment

If Pilates Baddie experiences technical issues that prevent delivery of the session, a reschedule or credit may be offered.

 

5. Business Cancellations

Pilates Baddie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, clients will be offered:

• A rescheduled session

• Account credit

• Or a refund where appropriate

 

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
